01 - 2 cups seedless grapes (green, red, or mixed)

03 - Zest of 2 limes

# Directions:
01 - Wash grapes thoroughly and dry completely. Remove any stems.
02 - Thread 5–6 grapes onto each wooden skewer or cocktail stick.
03 - Place grape skewers in a single layer on a parchment-lined tray.
04 - Transfer tray to freezer and chill for at least 2 hours, or until grapes are completely frozen.
05 - In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar, lime zest, and sea salt if using. Use fingers to rub zest into sugar until fragrant and evenly mixed.
06 - Remove frozen grape skewers and roll each in lime sugar, pressing gently so the coating adheres.
07 - Serve immediately for optimal texture, or return coated skewers to freezer until needed.
