# Directions:
01 - Combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Buffalo wing sauce, cheddar cheese, blue cheese (if included), green onions, celery, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until creamy and uniformly blended.
02 - Place a tortilla on a clean surface. Evenly spread one-quarter of the filling mixture over the tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border along the edges.
03 - Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other. Repeat for remaining tortillas and filling. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm.
